Story
Otis Tat founded Excelsior Realty in 2020 with the intention to help.
Being a real estate agent for many years, Otis learned the ins and outs of the real estate market, finding a quick rhythm in its workings. What did not fall into place for him was the underlying philosophies in other real estate agencies to treat clients as dollar signs. Making sales over making the dreams come true of the individuals involved in the sale was not a notion he subscribed to.
